Shipping & Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

- Transportation delays
- Public holidays
- Remote delivery locations
- High order volumes
- Unforeseen logistical issues
Customers will receive tracking details via email or phone once the order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link or tracking details will be shared with you, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At MadeInAxom, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Every item undergoes careful inspection before dispatch.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement request:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Requests submitted without supporting photographs may experience delays in processing.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
